Auto Zonic aims to correct material errors clearly and promptly. Readers, manufacturers, technicians, owners, and other knowledgeable contributors are encouraged to report issues.
How to Request a Correction
Use the Contact Us page and provide:
- The URL of the article
- The exact sentence, table entry, image, or claim in question
- Why you believe it is inaccurate or misleading
- A supporting primary or reliable independent source, when available
How We Review Reports
We compare the reported claim with the vehicle scope and available evidence. This may include manufacturer documentation, government records, safety data, service information, and reputable independent sources.
Types of Changes
- Minor edits: spelling, grammar, formatting, or wording that does not change the meaning
- Clarifications: added model-year, market, trim, engine, or methodology context
- Material corrections: changes to specifications, safety information, recommendations, costs, affected vehicles, or conclusions
Correction Notes
When a material correction changes the reader’s understanding or decision, the revised article should include an update or correction note describing the substance of the change. We do not promise to preserve every minor typographical edit in a public log.
Legacy Content
If a legacy article contains extensive unsupported or contradictory information, correction may require a full rewrite, consolidation into a stronger page, redirect, temporary exclusion from search, or removal rather than a small edit.
